Specialty "Baklava" made in Ohio

Family owned and operated business founded 4 years ago. Our products were developed by our grandmother and mother over 80 years ago. Our grandmother brought her recipe with her when she immigrated to the United States from Lebanon. Through the years our mother passed on this tradition of making baklava and Sambousek cookies for weddings, holidays and other family special occasions.

Our business began after many requests by family and friends for our specialty pastry. We have continued this Baklava family tradition and developed other varieties. We currently sell the traditional walnut, turtle and pistachio varieties and have developed our own chocolate and apricot recipes which we sell as well. In 2015 we introduced our Sambousek cookies which also is a family recipe and tradition!
